FFLA Pro Bono Broward

Welcome to Legal Aid Service of Broward County. We are an organization that provides free civil legal services to low-income and otherwise eligible residents of Broward County.  As part of these services, we have launched a Pro Bono Program to provide legal assistance to low-income families of Broward in the following areas:

IMMIGRATION:

• Work Permits.
• Temporary Protection Status.
• Citizenship.

If you qualify for our Pro Bono services and are eligible for these immigration services under USCIS standards, we will provide you with free legal assistance. Please call us at 954-355-6210 so we can assist you.

ESTATE PLANNING: FREE LEGAL SERVICES WITH BASIC ESTATE DOCUMENTS:

Call us if you are in need of the following legal documents:

• Will: states your wishes and ensures these wishes are carried out after your death.
• Lady Bird Deed: lets the owner maintain control of a property until their death, after which it goes to a beneficiary without probate.
• Power of Attorney: authorizes a person to act on behalf of another (can cover matters such as financial. health, or business affairs).
• Healthcare Directive: provides instructions for medical care that goes into effect if you are incapable of communicating them yourself.
